SMIAL LLC will ship with [outside circumstances such as the pandemic not withstanding] its product via UPS. 

Initially your product will be shipped within seven days. As our new company evolves and improves this will be expanded to same day shipping availability. 

    Return & Refund Policy:

    • Time limit for return of BandRunner = 14 days (for postmark) 
    • Conditions for accepting a return of BandRunner. 
    • Merchandise unused and in good condition. 
    • Merchandised contained within original package. 
    • Original receipt.

    • Your full price minus shipping will be returned to you or you can have an exchange of equal value.
    • Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds aren’t possible for international destinations. 

    SMIAL LLC will always do the best we can to offer you a quality BandRunner. If it is not to your liking, we are disappointed but we will assist you in returning your adjustable resistance harness for a refund minus shipping cost or an exchange of equal value if you return it within 14 days(postmark) in excellent condition in the original packing and with the original receipt. We require you to return the harness is good condition so that we do not incur a large (to us) loss. We are a small startup. By keeping loss to a minimum, we will continue to be able to grow and bring you along with us on this exciting life’s new journey.
